Chocolate chips cookies with pecan nuts

Yield: About 40 pieces

Ingredients
(A)
150 g soften butter/margarine
120 g caster sugar (reduce sweet) / 150g (increase sweet)
1 (M) egg
(B)
100g self-rising flour
150g plain flour
(C)
100g chocolate chips
100g walnut/pecan/almond nuts

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Combine all ingredients (A) in a mixer bowl. Beat till fluffy.
  2. Add in (B) till well mixed. Then add in (C) with lower speed. Don’t over mixed.
  3.  Use an ice cream scoop or spoon the cookies dough onto a lined baking tray in small portions.
  4.  Baked in preheated oven for about 15-20minutes or till golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and leave to cool before serving or storing.
