Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
(A)
500 g bread flour
20 g milk powder
5 g salt
50 g caster sugar
3 tsp. instant dry yeast
1 egg
(B)
150 g +- water
(C)
60 g soften butter
Filling
- Apple cinnamon with walnut or
- Vegetarian pumpkin floss or any filling of your choice.

    How to make Apple filling
    2 apples peeled and cut into cubes
    50 g molasses sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder + 1/2 nutmeg powder
    20 g butter
    1 tsp. cornstarch mix with 1 tbsp. water
    Toasted chopped walnut
Cooked apple with sugar till soft. Then add butter till dissolve. Lastly thicken it with cornstarch. Set aside to cool before using.

    Method of making the roll
Combine (a) in a mixer bowl with speed 2. Then add (b) to knead into dough. Then add (c) and continue to knead till the dough is smooth. About 20 minutes.
  1. Shape the dough into a ball and cover with a damp cloth and leave it to proof till double its size.
  2. Plunge the dough down and roll into rectangle shape.
  3. Spread the filling on to the surface evenly.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly into a log. Cut the dough into 1" thick and place it upside down on the baking tray and leave to rest till double it size.
  5. Glaze with egg wash. Bake in preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven to cool.
