Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients(A)
500 g bread flour
20 g milk powder
5 g salt
50 g caster sugar
3 tsp. instant dry yeast
1 egg

150 g +- water

60 g soften butter
Filling
- Apple cinnamon with walnut or
- Vegetarian pumpkin floss or any filling of your choice.

Method of making the roll
- Shape the dough into a ball and cover with a damp cloth and leave it to proof till double its size.
- Plunge the dough down and roll into rectangle shape.
- Spread the filling on to the surface evenly.
- Roll up the dough tightly into a log. Cut the dough into 1" thick and place it upside down on the baking tray and leave to rest till double it size.
- Glaze with egg wash. Bake in preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
- Remove from oven to cool.Equipment used: KitchenAid mixer
