Vegetarian Ma Po Tau Foo

Ingredient A
1 box Soft bean curd (cut into cubes)

Ingredients B
Red, yellow & green capsicum
Straw mushroom & button mushroom
(All above cut into cubes)

Ingredients C
1 tbsp. bean paste
1 red chili (minced)
1 green chili (minced)
Sliced ginger
1tbsp. water
Seasoning
2-3 Sour plum (+ 1 tbsp. of the sauce)
1 tbsp. or +Light soy sauce
Sugar
Dark soy sauce (A bit for colour)
Water + corn flour for thicken

Method
1. Heat corn oil in a wok, fry ingredients C till aroma and add water.
2. Add ingredients B and fry for a while till half cook.
3. Then add tau foo and seasoning. Stir slowly; try not to break the tau foo till all well mix.
4. Thicken the gravy and pour to serving plate.

Note: For non-vegetarian, add minced meat. You can adjust your seasoning according to your taste.
