Cinnamon Churros
Ingredients
(A)
100 g butter
250ml water
½ tsp. salt
(B)
185g plain flour
1tsp. baking powder
(C)
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups oil for frying
100g caster sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
Method
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine (A). Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in (B) until mixture forms a ball.
2. Put the dough into mixer bowl, attached flat beater and add in (c). Mix till form dough.
3. Heat oil for frying in deep skillet to 190°C. Place batter into piping bag. Pipe strips of dough into hot oil. Fry until golden, drain on paper towels.
4. Combine sugar & cinnamon. Roll drained churros in cinnamon sugar mixture.

This is a Spanish dessert.
