Pea Sprouts & Oyster Mushroom with Natural Wind Veggie Paste

Ingredients
(A)
1 packet pea sprouts or broccoli
Ginger slice (according to your taste)
(If using broccoli – blanch in boiling water)
(B) (All blanch in boiling water)
1 packet oyster mushroom
1 box black shimeji mushroom
½ stick carrot (cut into pieces)
(C)(Parboil in warm oil)
½ yellow capsicum – cut in pieces
½ red capsicums – cut in pieces
½ ginger – cut in slices
Cooking oil
Sauce (Mix till well combined)
2 tbsp natural wind veggie paste
1 tbsp weijuin organic black soy sauce
100- 150ml water
Seasoning
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Mushroom seasoning to taste
Thickening
½ tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp water
Method
1. Put 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry ginger and pea sprouts briskly and garnish on a plate.
2. Used back the wok. Add 1 tbsp oil; stir fry the slice ginger till aroma.
Add in the mix sauce and water till boiling. Add in the rest of ingredients (B) &(C)
Stir fry till well mix. Put in the seasoning according to your taste and thicken the sauce.
3. Pour the sauce over the pea sprouts and serve with brown rice.
