Chicken Ham and Cheese Bread

Ingredients
(A)
500g bread flour/high gluten flour
7g instant active yeast
5g salt
25g caster sugar
20g soya milk powder
1 tbsp Oregano mix with parsley herbs (dried)
(B)
300g-320g water
(C)
50g butter(soften)or 70ml olive oil
Ingredients for filling
Chicken ham
12 slices cheese
Sauce - Thousand Island or mayonnaise
Topping
Cheddar cheese
Egg for glazing
Method
1. Mix all ingredients (A) into a mixer bowl at speed 1-2 till well mixed.
2. Add in (B) till form a dough.
3. Then add in (C) and continue to knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Remove the dough from mixer bowl and form into a ball. Place in a bowl and cover with a damp cloth and prove for 1 hour or till double in size.
5. Remove the dough from bowl and divide to 2 portions. Roll into a ball and rest for another 10 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough into rectangle shape. Spread the sauce evenly on top follow by ham and cheese.
7. Reroll the dough into long shape and put into bread tin and cover with damp cloth.
8. Let the dough rest till double in size.
9. Glaze with egg wash and top with cheddar cheese.
10. Bake at preheat oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-185C.
11. Remove from tin and cool on rack.
12. Serve with wine or coffee.
