Babao Congee Pudding with Coconut Milk and Banana
(Black Glutinous Rice Pudding)

Ingredients
1 can of Organic Babao Congee
1 can of water (use the babao congee can to measure the water)
80 g dried coralline red algae (must soak with water till soften)
40 – 50g organic raw cane sugar

Garnishing
Coconut milk
Slices of banana

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into a pot with low heat.
2. Keep stirring the ingredients till the dried coralline is dissolve.
3. You can add more sugar if you wants.
4. Pour out into your desire mould.
5. Chill in the fridge for few hours before serving.
6. Remove from mould and serve with coconut milk and banana.


Tips: This recipe can be eaten with any fresh fruit.
If you want your pudding to agar agar texture, add 1tsp agar agar powder.
