Peanut Butter Cookies
花生酱牛油曲奇饼
Ingredients材料:
300gm 克 Butter牛油
200gm克 Icing Sugar糖霜
360gm克 Peanut butter花生酱
500 gm克 Flour 面粉
½ teaspoon茶匙 Salt盐
Method:
1. Mix butter and icing sugar
2. Put in peanut butter and mix until creamy.
3. Add in flour and mix until combined.
4. Shape dough with ball shape and place on a baking tray.
5. Egg wash and bake at 180◦c for 20 minutes.
做法:
1. 将牛油和糖霜拌匀。
2. 放入面粉,可可粉以及苏打粉拌匀。
3. 加入面粉至拌匀。
4. 将混合物搓成圆形放置于烤盘。
5. 涂抹上蛋液, 放入烤箱以180 ºC烘 20分钟。
