Kiwi Ginger Sorbet

Kiwi Ginger Sorbet
Makes 1/2 Bucket

Ingredients
159g fresh root Ginger
115g sugar
300ml / 1 1/4 cups water
5 green kiwi fruit

Decoration
Fresh mint or fresh kiwi fruits

Method
1) Peel Ginger and grate it finely.
2) Put sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer until usage dissolved.
3) Add ginger into sugar and cook for 1 minutes, then leave to cool. Strain into a bowl and chill till cold.
4) Peel the kiwi fruits. Put sugar ginger syrup and kiwi into the blender and purée till well blend.
5) Pour the mixture into Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. Turn timer to 60 minutes.
6) Serve with fresh chopped kiwi fruit.

Tips:
- If the sorbet still look soft, turn the timer to another 30 minutes without the arm motor attached.
- Always remember to chill your mixture before pouring to the ice cream bucket.
