Basic Bread Dough


Ingredients
(A)
500g high protein flour
1 tsp instant active yeast
(B)
60g sugar
1 tsp (5g) salt
1 tsp (5g) milk powder
(C)
1 egg
(D)
250 g water
(E)
50g butter

Method
1)Mix (A), (B) with speed 1 till all well blended.
2)Add (C) blend at low speed 1.
3)Then add (D) bit by bit at speed 2 till the dough is form. The mixer bowl will be clean
4)Add in (E) and continue to blend 10-15 minutes till the dough is shiny and springy.
5)Use a damp cloth to cover the dough, proof for 40-50 minutes till dough double in size.


Note
This dough can made garlic bread with herbs, any filling bun.
