Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

3 big ripe mangos – cut into cubes
Lemon skin from 1 lemon
1 or 2 tbls lemon juicer
60g caster sugar or icing sugar (+-) depend on the sweetness of the mango
300ml whipping cream/thickening cream (brands- president, dairy farm or anchor)


Method
1. Puree mango together with sugar till well blend. Taste on the sweetness. If not enough sweet & sour you can add sugar & 2 tbls of lemon juice. Blend again till smooth.
2. Add whipping cream and blend till mixture well mix.
3. Pour the mixture into the bucket.
4. Turn to 60 mints.
5. If you want harder texture, freeze it for 30 mints.

Cuisinart ice cream maker IC BU50
Cuisinart blender CBT 500


Tips:
Always make sure your ingredients are well chill before making your ice cream. This will make your ice cream a better texture and processing time is shorter.


Note: This receipe can use for 3 berries ice cream (Strawberry, blueberry & blackberry). You can also use for strawberry or blueberry ice cream only.
