APPLE TURN-OVER CAKE
250g butter
180g caster sugar
5 eggs (B size)
200g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 can apple pie filling
METHOD
1) Line and grease a 20 cm (8 in) square baking tin.
2) Arrange apple pie filling on the botton of the baking tin.
3) Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
4) Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition
5) Fold in shifted flour and baking powder, mix well. Spread batter into prepared tin.
6) Bake in over for 40 minutes or until it cooked.
