Peach Pie
INGREDIENTS for PASTRY
1) 125g Plain flour
2) 2tbsp Icing sugar
3) 90g Cold butter cubed
METHOD for PASTRY
1) Beat the butter & icing sugar until light by using speed 2 & 4. Then change to speed 2 adds in the flour then change to speed 4 until well combined.
2) Chill the pastry for 1/2 hour
3) Roll them between 2 sheet plastic
** When baking the base of a pie put a bag of red bean on top of the base first then put it in the oven together. This will ensure that the base of your pie to be flat at all time. While then, you can do prepare the other ingredients.
INGREDIENTS for FILLING
1) 130g Butter
2) 110g Caster sugar
3) 25g Plain flour
4) 150g Ground almond
5) 2 Eggs
6) 40g Dairy whipping cream
7) 1 Can of peach, sliced
METHOD for FILLING
1) Cream butter and caster sugar until pale by using speed 2.
2) Add in the eggs and mix well then change to speed 4.
3) Fold in the flour.
4) Then mix in the diary whipping cream.
5) Spoon the filling onto the pastry and arrange sliced peach on top.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
7) Remove, leave to cool, then you may serve.
