Sausage Roll with cheddar cheese pastry

Ingredients
(A)
2 cups + 5 tbsp. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
(B) (Mix well)
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. vegetable oil or dissolve butter
(C)
30-50 mini hotdogs

Glaze
1 egg mix with milk + ½ tsp. salt

Method
1. Preheat the oven 180C.
2. Put (A) into the mixer bowl and gently mix at speed 1 till well mix.
3. Whisk (B) till well mix and slowly pour into mixture (A) at speed 2.
4. The mixture will be a bit sticky but add bit more flour and mix till the dough is soft but not sticky and able to roll out.
5. Roll the dough onto a floured surface into big square shape.
6. Measure mini hot dog on the roll dough to cut the strip to wrap the hot dog. Roll oblongs. 1 strip to 1 hot dog.
7. Place the hot dog roll on grease baking tray, work till all finish.
8. Brush the hot dog roll with glaze and bake for 12-15 minutes or till golden brown.
9. Remove from oven, slightly cool before serving.
